Joel Marquardt, General Manager
Joel was raised on a dairy farm in Marathon County. He attended UW-Madison and graduated with a BS in Dairy Science and an MS in Dairy Nutrition and Management. After college he was the herdsman and farm manager of a 100 cow dairy farm in Green County for 5 years. His next position was Farm Training Instructor with NCTC in Central Wisconsin for 3 years. In 1985 Joel began working as a consultant with LFM. Joel prepares tax returns, provides farm analysis and does farm consulting. In addition to these duties, Joel has also served as the General Manager of LFM since August 2000.
Joel lives in Valders with his wife, Marion. They have two children, Aryelle and Aaron.
Debra Lueloff, Office Manager
Debie was raised on a dairy farm in rural Manitowoc County. She graduated from Silver Lake College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Art Education returning to Silver Lake College to receive a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with an emphasis in Accounting.
After working for 10 years at Greenstone Farm Credit in the Tax and Records departments, Debie was hired by Lakeshore Farm Management in May of 2000 as a consultant. She is a current member of the National Association of Tax Professionals and National Association of Farm Business Analysis Specialists.

Greg Schramm, Consultant
Greg’s interest in agriculture came from helping friends and family on their farms. His earliest interest in business came from his grandfather, who became his most influential career role model. With no more than an eighth grade education and a strong work ethic, his grandfather became one of the most successful entrepreneurs in his community. The knowledge Greg gained from his family mentor and the enjoyment of farming in his youth has brought him to where he is today.
Greg attended Lakeshore Technical College and holds a B.S degree in Accounting from Silver Lake College. Earlier work experiences include management in his family’s automotive repair business, police officer for the City of Two Rivers, COO of a feed supplement company and 20 years of service with LFM.
Greg is married, has two children and resides in rural Two Rivers. He enjoys coaching, hunting, camping, horses (or hay burners to most). He is actively involved in supporting his church and its’ school at St. Peter the Fisherman in Two Rivers.
Renee Setzer, Consultant
Renee was raised on a dairy farm in Shawano County. She attended UW-River Falls and graduated with a BS in Agriculture. The first position out of college was as a loan officer with FCS. She became an independent contractor while raising her children. Renee held contracts with the Manitowoc and Oconto County service centers of the FSA from 1999-2007. She started with LFM in 2007 preparing tax returns, providing analysis and consulting.
Renee resides in Sheboygan Falls with her husband, Dan. They have four children – Danielle, Dylan, Drew, and Dustin.
Adam Freis, Consultant
Adam was raised on a farm in Manitowoc County. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin –Whitewater with a BBA in Accounting, Business, and Entrepreneurship. He has been active in multiple organizations, including the FFA, Farm Bureau, and the Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization. He was hired by Lakeshore Farm Management in 2011 as an accountant. Adam lives in the Newton, WI area and is actively involved in his family’s farm and business.
Kimberly Alfson
Kim has an Associate Degree in Accounting from Lakeshore Technical College. She has been at LFM since November of 2008. Currently at Lakeshore Farm Management, Kim is responsible for client’s monthly and quarterly reports. She also helps with various administrative duties. Kim currently lives in Valders with her fiancé and their daughter Alexis.
Carolyn Hallberg
Carolyn grew up in Litchfield, MN and graduated from Willmar Community College with an Associate Degree in Accounting. She worked for Production Credit Association in Litchfield for one year prior to getting married and moving to Perham, MN. Carolyn held various jobs during her 12 years in Perham – working for a financial planner for 6 years, church secretary for 4 years and a bank teller for 2 years. In 1996 she moved to Orland, CA for 2 years working as a tax assistant for a CPA. In 1998 her husband , Roger’s job with Land-O-Lakes brought them to Valders. In 2000 she came to LFM as an accounting assistant. At LFM she is responsible for completing monthly Quickbooks records for members, helping in preparing tax returns, and general office duties as needed. She has 3 adult children – Bryanna, Megan and Ryan.

Beverly Ann Jenkins, Administrative Assistant
Bev attended St. Gregory School, St Nazianz – 12 years. She worked 20 1/2 years as office secretary for the Leverenz Shoe Company in Valders until they went out of business. Bev then went to LTC for general office schooling. In 1989 she was hired as the secretary for Manitowoc County Farm Bureau, and in 1996 she also started working for LFM. She is married and has two daughters, a son-in-law, twin grandsons, one granddaughter and a German Shepherd. Bev loves music, The Packers and being with her family.
Mary Lutze
Mary started at LFM in 2009. Mary has an Associate Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor Degree in Psychology. She worked as an office administrator in the corporate setting for 14 years and in the social service field as a Care Coordinator for 4 years, at the same time owned and operated a retail business for 12 years. General responsibilities: Quickbook records, payroll, and quarterly/annual reports; preparing income tax returns. Mary lives in rural Manitowoc with her husband Dean and their two children, Jackie and Jalin.
Tina Schramm
Tina started working at LFM in January of 2002. She is an Accounting Assistant who works with Quickbook clients, compiling information for tax preparation and analysis input, along with many other office duties. Tina attended Silver Lake College where she earned her Bachelors degree in English with a minor in Psychology.
She lives in rural Two Rivers. She is married to Greg and has two children, Cole and Genna. Her interests include rummage sales, shopping, camping, reading, and most importantly spending time with family and friends. Working at LFM has allowed her the flexibility to adjust her schedule to meet the demands of family life. She enjoys the family atmosphere at LFM along with the personal contact she has with clients.
Carol Ulness
Carol started at Lakeshore Farm Management in October of 2003. Carol is an Accounting Assistant working with Quickbooks records, depreciation schedules, analysis input and other various office duties. Her educational background is in Early Childhood Education. Carol is the owner and a teacher at Magic Ladder Nursery School in Valders. Previous to operating the Magic Ladder Nursery, Carol worked in the Miller & Miller Tax Office in St. Nazianz for five years. She and husband Loren are owners of Hi Tower Dairy Farm where Carol is responsible for doing the records. They have three children and four grandchildren, all who live in the Valders area. When she has some spare time, she enjoys reading, walking and doing crossword puzzles.
Jill Wittmus
Jill grew up in the Valders area and graduated from Valders High School. Jill began employment at Associated Bank shortly after graduating from high school in 1989. She was employed as an assistant head teller and also performed employee computer training until leaving in 1997 to begin employment with LFM. Jill began working at Lakeshore Farm Management as a seasonal administrative assistant. Her responsibilities have expanded to include internal Quickbooks coordination, Quickbooks client training coordination, individual and business tax preparation, and completion of monthly client records & Quickbooks services.
Jill is married and has three boys.
